Purpose & Application

The ENV-04-1 two-zone thermal shock chamber subjects test specimens to rapid temperature transitions between a pre-conditioned hot zone (up to +200 degC) and cold zone (down to -73 degC). A motorised lift / basket transfer mechanism moves specimens between zones in under 10 seconds, satisfying IEC 60068-2-14, MIL-STD-883 1011 and JESD22-A104 thermal shock procedures.
