GENERAL INFORMATION
Refrigeration System
- COPLAND, BITZER or BOCK make Sealed or semi sealed refrigeration compressors are used.
- DANFOSS make pressure switches, solenoid valves, thermostatic expansion valves and oil separators are used.
- Corrective actions are taken before switching off the system at abnormal pressures.
- Dehumidification system is provided on request.
- Expansion tank is provided if it is need to operate refrigeration system at high workspace temperature.
HUMIDITY GENERATION SYSTEM
- Vapour generator is provided with indirect heating for longer heater life.
- Condensate water from the workspace is recirculated through a filter, reduces water consumption.
- Special cooling is provided to carry out test at 40° C/95 % RH to take care of heat dissipated by fan and steam.
- Vapoure generator is protected for NO WATER
AIR HEATING SYSTEM
- Stainless Steel air heaters are provided for longer heater life.
- Heaters are so arranged that product under test is protected from the radiation effect.
- Over temperature protection is provided.
- Heaters are operated by solid state relay allows faster and noiseless switching.
CHAMBER CONSTRUCTION
- Workspace is made of SS 304, unless and otherwise specified.
- Outer of the chamber is made from CRCA sheet. Skeleton of the chamber is made from MS structural member.
- Outer is well painted either by powder coating or by automobile grade paint.
- Standard size observation window and port hole are provided.
- All components are arranged for good accessibility point of view for maintenance.
- Double silicon rubber gasket on door is provided.
INSTRUMENTATION
- Globally available main controllers are used.
- User friendly operator panel.
- Easy fault finding and speedy maintenance is possible.
- All controllers are in house calibrated. Authorized Third party calibration can be provided on request.
- Controlling accuracy and temperature uniformity is better than specified in the relevant standards.
AIR CIRCULATING FAN
- It is specially designed with inbuilt SS long shaft. Bearings are specially lubricated. Fans are dynamically balanced.
- In case of high temperature hot chamber, a heat sink is provided between front bearing and chamber wall to protect front bearing from high temperature.
