Basic Models:

  • Model CLIMAT- S for Single Set Point Temperature Control
  • Model CLIMAT-Cfor Temperature Cycling between two temperature and single set point control

Temperature Ranges:

  • Low Temperature Range: Ambient to – 730 C
  • High Temperature Range: Ambient to + 1800 C

Standard Features:

  • Control accuracy: better than +/- 0.5° C
  • Temperature Uniformity: better than +/- 2° C
  • Heating and cooling rate (Average or Linear): 1° C/min to 100 C/min
  • Standard Port holes: 50 mm / 100 mm / 150 mm (Specify)
  • Caste wheels for PRINCE, QUEEN and KING Models
  • Observation window with illumination
  • Ambient condition: 10° to 40° C (Specify lower or higher ambient conditions other than specified)

  • Programming controller (Eurotherm Model 2404 for cycling and Multispan or equivalent for Steady State)
  • HMI-PLC base controller (WATLOW or Eurotherm)

Standard Safety Arrangement:

  • Independent workspace over temperature protection
  • Motor winding over temperature protection for semi sealed refrigeration compressors
  • High discharge and low suction pressure correction before tripping
  • Refrigeration compressor tripping abnormal high discharge and low suction pressure

NoteMany parameters like temperature range, workspace size, controllers etc. are affecting the cost. Therefore, be careful while providing such details to control cost of the chamber.
